Just like the public transport operator, passengers should also abide by certain regulations or rules while using public transportation services. These rules and regulations have been adopted in order to maintain the safety of all traffic participants at the highest level possible. It is only through mutual cooperation that we can make our travel experience even more pleasant, and we thank you for your understanding!
  • Passenger is a person who travels in a vehicle of the city’s public transportation operator or waits for such vehicle at a designated stop.
  • During transit, the passenger must have a valid travel ticket or card, he/she must board the bus at the first door and register upon every boarding of ZET vehicle if using an electronic card.
  • A passenger may occupy only one seat in the vehicle, whereas disabled persons, the elderly, parents with children and pregnant women enjoy the right to priority seating. 
  • Persons whose behaviour, baggage or other belongings may endanger the safety of other passengers if brought on board are not allowed to board the vehicles. The same applies to children under the age of 6 without adult supervision.
On-board consumption of food, roller-skating, or wearing of any other type of footwear unsuitable for safe journey, is prohibited.

PASSENGERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER OR EXIT THE VEHICLE AFTER OR DURING THE AUDIO AND/OR VISUAL SIGNAL AT THE DOOR!
 
Baggage transport, dog transport and the process of ticket inspection are governed by special regulations.
 
Passengers are not allowed to:
  • carry into the vehicle any baggage, personal belongings or animals contrary to the provisions of the Decision;
  • disturb public transportation staff while performing their duty;
  • disturb fellow passengers;
  • litter or cause damage to the vehicle and its markings;
  • consume food, alcohol or smoke while on board a vehicle;
  • disturb the process of ticket purchase or inspection;
  • enter a vehicle after the driver has announced that the vehicle no longer receives passengers or that it is overcrowded;
  • prevent the door from opening or closing or use force to open a door of the vehicle;
  • enter or exit the vehicle while in motion, hold on to the vehicle or ride on the outside of the vehicle.
